CEO & Co-Founder
Peeyush manages company and product vision, grows the Genetesis team accordingly, and engages resources to build the next generation of noninvasive imaging and extend the platform. He was most recently studying Biomedical Science at The Ohio State University.
COO & Co-Founder
Vineet leads a wide array of Genetesis functions including business operations, supply chain development, and product manufacturing. He was most recently studying Electrical and Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University.
CTO & Co-Founder
Manny manages sustained and new product development at Genetesis, working together with many engineering disciplines to deliver the highest quality medical devices. He was most recently studying Computer Science and Engineering and Economics at The Ohio State University.
CHANDAN SRIVASTAVA, MBA
CFO & Co-Founder
Chandan is responsible for managing, implementing and evaluating the fiscal performance of the company and strategic planning. Chandan holds an MBA and an Engineering degree and has previously worked at GE, JPMorgan Chase and Synchrony Financial in both engineering and management roles.
ALISA NIKSCH, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Niksch is a trained pediatric cardiac electrophysiologist who has been a consultant and author in the medical device and digital health sectors. She has extensive experience in the clinical research and product development of technology platforms which interface with both clinicians and patients. Prior to being named CMO, Dr. Niksch served on the Genetesis Scientific Advisory Board for a number of years.
RICK KARR, MBA
Rick leads commercialization, product marketing and business development. Rick holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and led multiple medical device development and product launches and has worked for NCR, Microsoft, Vertebration, PercuVision, and Alphatec Spine in a variety of marketing, program management and leadership roles.
ROBERT SOKOLOWSKI, Ph.D., MBA
VP Clinical, Quality and Regulatory
Robert is responsible for Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs. He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was VP Business Development at CardioMag Imaging and led iCardiac Technologies’ Personalized Cardiac Safety Division. He was previously also responsible for Quality and Regulatory at both Medela and Pronova Solutions.
JEFF BUSH, CT (ASCP), MBA
VP Market Access & Reimbursement
Jeff is responsible for leading the reimbursement and payor development strategy. Jeff holds certificate in cytotechnology and an MBA. He has worked for CYIYC, Assurex, and Becton Dickinson in senior management roles. Jeff was instrumental in the development and passage of reform legislation that enhanced transparency in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) processes for coverage and payment of new diagnostic technologies.
