Jamie Easterling is an Executive-in-Residence focused on driving growth in CincyTech portfolio companies through strategy and business development efforts, in addition to leveraging his prior operating experience.  He also assists with due diligence and potential investments.

Prior to joining CincyTech in 2023, Jamie served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bethesda North Hospital after serving in the same role as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Good Samaritan Hospital.

Jamie spent 24 years at TriHealth leading hospital operations for most of his tenure. Jamie was responsible for the strategic vision of the hospital and developed a variety of programs that supported the financial, quality and safety, patient experience, and team engagement of the campus.  

Prior to his roles in hospital leadership, Jamie led the Imaging Service Line for TriHealth that resulted in many technological advancements for the health system. Jamie has expertise in strategy development and execution, brand building, market landscaping, business development, consumer research, and organizational transformation.

He previously served on the Board of Directors for Bethany House, Clifton Community Arts Center, Lifecenter Organ Donor Network, and DePaul Cristo Rey.  Jamie is actively involved in many community initiatives including the City of Cincinnati Parks Committee, Mini Heart Marathon, Freestore Foodbank, Cradle Cincinnati, Anderson Chamber of Commerce, and Operation Give Back.

Jamie loves all things outdoors including running, biking, hiking, and golf. He's motivated to stay active and healthy. He enjoys spending time with his family while watching his kids continue to become successful young adults. Jamie also has a passion for helping others. Training at Good Samaritan and with the Sisters of Charity, he has learned that one of the most important things to do in life is to serve others.  His passion for taking care of those that are less fortunate continues today.
